There are some women that are so chic, so cool and so loving inside and out that not only do I crush on their style but they rise in my eyes to stature of  Role Model. Someone I want to be very much like...If Only...and Mimi is one of them. Her hair, super long blonde with no doubt grey mixed in, red lips, sunglasses, big smile a complete ethereal mix. The amazing wine her and her husband Bret Lopez of Scarecrow make seems to have the magic of OZ, the spirit of Dorothy and the Good Witch all in one. And they live down my Yellow Brick Road.

The Napa Valley's premiere Film Festival brought a group of hipster types to the valley.   This morning seen at the Oxbow a group of good looking bikers with good looking bikes.  They look like they headed up highway 101 in a 21st century remake of Rebel Without A Cause.

Perhaps they all came to see the 8 short but brilliant documentaries being shown at Copia.  The best being directed + produced by my son Matt Baron.  Sorry to shamelessly promote but I am first + foremost a mother.
